The Brain:
Your Largest Sex Organ

You experience and interact with the world through your brain. The younger and healthier it is, the better your relationship with your world. And with your sex life.

Different brains age at different rates, just as different bodies do.

The brain does remain adaptable at any age, being plastic, not static. It's a "use it or loose it" sort of deal. You loose what you don't use and increase what you do use. Enriching and stimulating your brain helps form a sort of reserve against cognitive decline. This gives you lots of neural pathways so if you should encounter a problem, your brain can take a detour, much as you take a detour around road construction. The more alternate "roads" available, the easier the detour.

Here are a few you can do to keep your brain young.

1. Exercise your body, especially with Aerobic Exercise.
2. Stimulate your mind with Brain Exercises and new experiences.
3. Interact with others on a one on one and in a group.
4. Feel that what you do matters; have a good sense of self-worth.
5. Improve your cardiovascular health by lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol.
6. Eat healthy Food including lots of raw colorful fruits and vegies.
7. Exclude trans fat and saturated fats from your diet.
8. Reduce stress, and manage stress in a more healthful way.
9. Get plenty of sleep.

And size matters.

What is that old joke . . . men have two brains and only enough blood to use one at a time?

Your brain (the one in your head!) is where most of your sexual activity occurs. The quality of your sexual experiences can be affected by how well you take care of your mental hardware.

Your brain is about three pounds worth of incredibly complex nerve cells, support cells, and synaptic connections between these cells. Despite the belief to the contrary, you can grow new brain cells. The health of your brain and your brain cells is pretty much under your control. What you do and don't do makes all of the difference in the world.

Improve your mental functioning and your whole life will work better. Many of your problems stem from actions you control.

Your brain affects every aspect of your life -- thoughts, hopes, dreams, relationships, society, career. It is what makes you human. So take control, making you the best you can possibly be.

And when your brain is full with all of this new activity and you need a little levity to get you through, laugh along with Brain Humor.
